(A) MARE OWNER AGREES:

1.  Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm is, nor its agent(s) will be responsible for accident, injury, disease, or death to the mare or her foal currently at side (if applicable).

2.  Mare will conform to policies and procedures of Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm and the mare owner will be responsible for paying all expenses of breeding, board, and veterinary care during the mare's stay at Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm.

3.  Breeding fee will be due and payable at time of mare's departure or before shipping transported cool semen.

4.  LFG Live Foal Guarantee/CLFG Color Live Foal Guarantee-foal stands and nurses

(B) CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP:

1.  If the mare has not been declared in foal, any stud fee credit will be honored to the new owner for a period of one (1) breeding year from the date of the mare's first service, after which all obligations of Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm ceases.

2.  If a mare fails to breed you have the right to substitute a mare.
TRANSPORTED SEMEN
1.  Fee for initial shipment is $___________ within the USA.  Additional shipments are $________ each. Fee includes, but not limited to collection and semen preparation, administration, container used, labor, documentation and overnight delivery.

2.  Full payment of stallions stud fee, full payment of semen shipping fee, copy of mare's registration papers (front and back) and sighed copy of semen contract must be received by the Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm office prior to semen shipment.

3.  All shipments are done via Federal Express or UPS.  Shipping cost may vary if weekend and/or holiday delivery necessitates alternate couriers or transcontinental flights.

4.  All shipping containers must be returned within four days to Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm by US Mail, UPS, or Federal Express using overnight express.  Container will be returned at customer's expense.  If container is not returned to Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm, the full amount of $275.00 will be charged to your credit card.

5.  Collection dates will be every other day throughout the breeding season.  Semen must be ordered by 6:00 pm the day before collection.

6.  Crooked Branch Paint Horse Farm is not responsible for failure of courier service to deliver semen  to destination.  This Contract shall be interpreted and construed under the Laws of the State of Alabama.  I have read and agree to the above provisions.
